A Florida man was arrested after being caught when the family came home to find him passed out on the couch surrounded by a feast.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reports that Jacob Miller, 22, was found asleep in a Lake Worth Home in South Florida by the homeowners as they returned from a day at the beach.
Miller, was woken up by deputies amid a pile of empty beer bottles and chicken bones. Their personal items were scattered throughout the home.
Deputies found numerous jewelry items on Miller after they cuffed him.
He told deputies that he went into the home because he needed somewhere to stay, but he refused to answer any more questions.
He was charged with burglary and theft. Deputies also discovered Miller has an open warrant in Texas for burglary.
