Have Cowboy Hat (and nothing else on) Will Travel (or rob)

JOHNS CREEK, GA (March 31, 2014) — Ashdon Gibbs Johns Creek, GA, was exposed, literally, to a crazy cowboy crime spree on the last day of March.

Ashdon Gibbs, 21, was arrested March 31 on more than a dozen charges which included two counts of burglary, trespassing, impersonating a police officer, and indecent exposure.

And he accomplished it all wearing only a cowboy hat.

One of the homes authorities say he broke into belonged to City Councilwoman Cori Davenport. She said Gibbs was completely naked (aside from his ten-gallon hat). Her daughter was the first to spot him.

He allegedly tried to steal a motorcycle in the driveway before coming in. It was all caught on surveillance cameras.

In another house Gibbs allegedly broke into, he “consumed a beer, made himself a meal, and watched an Atlanta Braves baseball game,” said Johns Creek Police Lt. Chris Byers.

When the homeowner came home, Gibbs was thankfully dressed – but in the victim’s clothes!

Police arrived and Gibbs told them at first that the residents were his parents. He then told the officers that he is a U.S. Marshall with “bigger aspirations,” reports said.

“I’m trying to be president, but y’all won’t let me be,” Gibb said on the dash cam video.
