A Florida man got declined when he tried to buy a BMW with a credit card and his food stamp money.

But Nicholas Jackson was so determined that he returned to the dealership after closing and stole the $60,000 vehicle, authorities said.

Authorities say the 36-year-old suspect showed up at the Pompano Beach dealership with little cash, a credit card and his Electronic Benefits Transfer card. Managers sent him away.

The next day, the dealership was burglarized and the thief took the BMW X-6 and 60 sets of keys.

Later, Palm City cops were dispatched to a suspicious person and found Jackson with the BMW. He had run out of gas and didn’t have money to fill it up.

Jackson got a free ride to the county jail, where he was charged with grand theft auto.
