Don’t call them the dynamic duo – more like the dummy duos.

Twin sisters in Florida were caught quickly  on Tuesday (Oct. 27, 2015) after robbing a convenience store in Daytona Beach.

Their problem: The getaway car was so close to the store that the clerk was able to copy down their license plate as they pulled away. Cops arrested them minutes after the crime.

Kristi and Kayla Bergeron, 24, were charged with robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon and were held in the Volusia County jail.

Cops say they rushed into the Food Mart store, grabbed a ginger ale and then approached the counter.

Kayla shouted: “I have a gun, open the register!”

“Are you kidding me?” clerk Sabbir Ahmed replied.

Kayla then “removed her hand from her pocket and displayed what appeared to be a small handgun,” police said.

Kayla kept the gun aimed at the clerk while Kristi reached over the counter to grab $230. As they left, though, Ahmed ran outside and jotted down the plate number for the black Volkswagen Beetle.

They were arrested less then a mile away.
