Minnesota Cops Chase Man Across Golf Course

Kendall FeistMOREHEAD, Minn. (June 17, 2014) A drug suspect in Minnesota led police on a wild pursuit June 17 that included hole 8 at the Village Green golf course.
That’s where golfers were forced to let the cops drive through as they chased after 34-year-old Kendall Feist, a meth user with warrants for stolen property.
The bizarre chase was captured on video as the suspect’s pickup truck sped onto the grounds and circled a water trap at high speeds with multiple police cars following.
The chase eventually ended at a mall in nearby Fargo, N.D., according to news reports.
But the officers who chased the man through the golf course and endangered the lives of the athletes are facing an internal investigation with the Morehead Police Department.
“I kinda froze thinking, ‘Is this really happening,’ or didn’t really know what to think at the time, I guess,” golfer Cody Fuller told a Minnesota reporter. “There was one point, right when he came in the water, and his pickup faced me, and it looked like he was coming at me, and that was a little scary right away.”
