A young man in New Hampshire is getting more attention than most criminal suspects after he wagged his tongue in his June 12th,  2016 mugshot.

Sam Tulley, 21, of Londonderry, was arrested for criminal mischief for allegedly spray painting in the Musquash Conservation Area, which is a large wooded area consisting of numerous wetlands. It is the largest single recreational area in that town.

In a booking mugshot provided by Londonderry police, the suspect appears wide-eyed as he sticks out his tongue for the cameraman.

“Unfortunately that is how he chose to act during the booking process,” police told a local TV station.

The suspect was released on $1,000 bond and has a court date in Derry District Court on July 19., 2016
